Live Virtual Trainings: You will receive a registration confirmation email. You will receive the Zoom link and training materials via email the day before and again two hours before the training. If you do not receive the email with the Zoom before the training, just email us (sometimes email filters or work setting firewalls can prevent the receipt of emails from Eventbrite).
Self-Study Trainings: You will receive a registration confirmation email. Upon registering, you will have access to the self-study course and materials.
Our Live Virtual trainings are held via Zoom. Open the Zoom link in your device browser. The Zoom "waiting room" is available an hour before the training begins. At the time of the training, the host will let attendees in from the virtual waiting room. There is no need to log in to Eventbrite; simply open the Zoom link in your device browser.

Live Virtual Trainings: To be eligible for CEs, NYS licensed practitioners must be logged in for the duration of the training and submit a post-training evaluation. CE certificates are sent via email within three business days.
Self-Study Trainings: To be eligible for CEs, NYS licensed practitioners must view the training video, pass the test, submit a post-training evaluation, and claim their CE certificate.
Hudson Valley Professional Development is an approved CE provider for New York State LMHCs, LMSWs, LCSWs, LMFTs, LCATs, NYS Licensed Psychoanalysts, and NYS Licensed Psychologists.
Other State Boards have accepted and approved of our trainings for their CEs. We encourage folks to check in with their other State Boards for approval of our trainings. All of the information to provide to a State Board can be found in the marketing listing of an event.
Live Virtual Trainings: Refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made via email up to one day prior to the start of the event. Registrants can also process their own refunds in Eventbrite up to one day before the start of the training.
Self-Study Trainings: No refunds are available after registration is completed.
